Working at the Max Planck Institute of Biophysics
According to a survey conducted by the magazine "Wirtschaftswoche" in 2019, the Max Planck Society is the largest German research organization and one of the most popular employers among natural scientists. The Max Planck Institute of Biophysics offers its employees excellent working conditions and salaries as specified in the TVöD (standards of collective official wage agreements).

Assistant Professor/Postdoctoral Researcher (f/m/d)
The Dioscuri Centre for Modelling of Posttranslational Modifications looking for a researcher to explore the impact of glycans on protein stability and interactions with its partners (eg. lipid membranes, other proteins, small molecules). The successful candidate will develop computational tools, build molecular models, and perform large-scale molecular dynamics simulations to understand some of the unexpected effects of glycans on these interactions.
